* VIP transfer: rental of passenger vehicles with driver is a trademark registered with the INPI N °: 13 4 040 534.
Any reproduction of name or logo will be liable to immediate criminal prosecution.
PRICES:
The prices indicated in our tariffs include VAT at the rate fixed by the regulations in force for transport services (*), the driver service, fuel and unlimited insurances "of transported persons", Tolls, parking costs are included in transport.
Luggage is accepted up to a limit of 10 kg per person transported and remaining in the care of the latter.
On request, a transport form is issued to the person transported upon completion of the transport service.
RULES:
Payment methods accepted: Cash, checks, bank cards (Visa, American Express, Master Card), Paypal.
Any transport service is payable in cash on departure; if the person transported has the status of "account customer", the service gives rise to invoicing payable on receipt, before the 15th of the month following that of its execution.
Late payment and penalties:
30 days after the payment deadline, a penalty of 10% of the amount due will be charged per month of delay.
The said recovery will be processed by the legal firm LDS Avignon of the company TRANSFERT VIP.
Any complaint is only admissible within 8 days of the execution of the transport service concerned.
Anything different comes from the Courts of Avignon instead of the Headquarters of the Transfert VIP company.

VERY IMPORTANT :
The transport of people for a fee is a regulated activity.
Only authorized vehicles and:
1) provided with a professional card number issued by the prefecture can perform this service.
2) Provided with a registration issued by Atout France and the Ministry of Tourism, by a registration certificate with a badge affixed to the windshield of the vehicle.
We take the liberty of warning you against certain organizations using unauthorized cars which are outside any legal framework and cannot offer you any guarantees.
WEDDING:
The service begins at the address ordered by the VIP and ends as soon as the VIP arrives at the order address.
Transportation includes 100km per hour of driving.
Any additional kilometers driven will be charged 3.50 € per kilometer.
The reservation deposit is non-refundable in the event of cancellation 15 days before the date of VIP transport.
The balance must be paid imperatively 15 days before the date of the service
You are granted the right to use the vehicle imagery for personal use.
It is forbidden to eat or smoke inside the vehicle if necessary, your driver will stop on the journey.
The vehicle is delivered with its driver, full of fuel and unlimited insurance.
RESERVATIONS AND TERMINATION:
Any reservation implies the unconditional acceptance of our conditions of sale. The customer and the service provider undertake to respect all the clauses mentioned in this contract.
No modification can be made to the above conditions except by prior agreement between the parties. This contract would be suspended or canceled automatically and without compensation of any kind in all cases recognized as force majeure. The contract is deemed concluded only once signed by both parties and the deposit collected and deducted from the total amount of the order. Otherwise it is automatically null and void. In the event of cancellation by the customer, all deposits / down payments already paid remain acquired by the service provider as a lump sum compensation.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Our Unlimited Multi-Risk Insurance covers business related liabilities.
The customer is responsible for his acts legally and criminally.
The company declines all responsibility for the actions of its client before and after its transport.
She is responsible for her safety during transport.
